3/17/2019 · North Platte Fire and Rescue transported the subject to Great Plains Health. It appeared the subject had been shot two times in the lower leg. The victim advised he was shot by twenty-two year old Jared Falkena who lived in a house just east of his vehicle. Deputies attempted to make contact with Mr. Falkena , he refused.
