I have tried to change the source file name to check whether is it source issue, but doesn’t seems to be, as I still can take in my main.css but not the superfish .css or .js file. I have also did comparison with some other website that uses superfish , seems to be the same.

2/20/2012 · So one solution I can imagine is implementing hook_libraires_info() rather than hook_init(). Then using libraries_load() to load superfish js files in the superfish _content(). By doing this we can also gain another benefit that superfish library will be only loaded when superfish blocks show up, not for every page. For example admin pages.
5/2/2013 · Here is a quick fix for the issue with Superfish module 7.x-1.9: * Extract the attached file sirate.zip * Go to the folder sites/all/themes/tb_sirate/css/ superfish on your host * Replace the sirate.css by the one in the attached file. Moreover, this fix will be included to the theme in the next upgrade.
